Tutti i prodotti realizzati da Venice Weddings & Events LTD (inclusi, a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo, articoli in stampa 3D, resina, creazioni artigianali e personalizzate) sono realizzati su ordinazione.
👉 Ai sensi dell’art. 59 del Codice del Consumo, il diritto di recesso non si applica ai prodotti:
• personalizzati o realizzati su misura
• creati su specifica richiesta del cliente
Pertanto, non accettiamo resi o rimborsi per ripensamento, errore di scelta o cambio idea.

2. Casi in cui è previsto un rimborso o una sostituzione
Accettiamo richieste di rimborso o sostituzione esclusivamente nei seguenti casi:
• prodotto arrivato danneggiato
• prodotto difettoso
• prodotto errato rispetto all’ordine confermato

Il cliente deve contattarci entro 48 ore dalla consegna inviando:
• foto chiare del prodotto
• foto dell’imballaggio
• numero d’ordine

1. Handcrafted and Customized Products
All products created by Venice Weddings & Events LTD (including, but not limited to, 3D printed items, resin creations, handcrafted and personalized products) are made to order.
👉 In accordance with Article 59 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:
• customized or made to measure;
• created upon the customer’s specific request.
Therefore, returns or refunds are not accepted in cases of change of mind, incorrect choice, or order cancellation after purchase.

Refund or replacement requests are accepted only in the following cases:
• the product arrives damaged;
• the product is defective;
• the product received is incorrect compared to the confirmed order.
